My Champ and my Girl

This is my Aeronca Champ that I really enjoyed flying. Hazel in picture, was my parking brake. The champ did not have a parking brake so she would go to the airport with me to do this function and I would " prop the airplane" jump in and off I would go. I also liked the Chrysler with the HEMI. One of our AA captains taught me to fly. We were out practicing "touch and go's" one day and this bad guy came over to the field we landed on and said. If you fly over my house one more time I will shoot you down. He really ment it for he had a shotgun with him. Heck I really didn't want any more training that day anyway. This happened in Arlington TX. So stay high over that place,1500 ft. minimum. Posted by Hello
