Installing No. 2


Here we are in the process of installing the Number Two engine on our Boeing 707 in Orlando, Florida. The piece of equipment in front of Steve is the Turbo Compressor for the cabin air pressurization. Steve was being trained as a Flight Engineer. We were all A&P mechanics who worked for NMB, a Japanese company that flew out of Singapore. As you can see we did all maintenance on the BIRD. One Aircraft and SIX Flight Engineers! Posted by Hello
